TM - My salary shows as paid on Cercli but I haven't received it yet.

If your payroll status shows as paid on Cercli, your salary has been successfully processed on the pay date. However, depending on your bank and transfer method, it may not appear in your account immediately.
SWIFT international transfers can take 1 to 3 banking days to be credited to your account after the payment is processed
Local transfers may arrive sooner depending on your bank
If you have not received your salary after 3 banking days, you can request a proof of payment or SWIFT copy by contacting support@cercli.com.
Why was I was charged a fee on my salary transfer?
If your salary is paid via an international SWIFT transfer in a currency that is not the local currency of your destination country, the transfer typically passes through one or more intermediary or correspondent banks before reaching your account. Each of these banks may apply their own handling or processing fee, which is deducted from the transferred amount.
These intermediary fees are set by the banks involved in the transfer chain and are not charged or controlled by Cercli. If you have questions about the specific fees applied to your transfer, contact your receiving bank directly for a breakdown.
My invoice hasn't been withdrawn from my bank account yet. What can I do?
If your bank is questioning a payment from Cercli, you can clarify that your employer has appointed Cercli as their payment agent. Cercli acts as a third-party partner for salary disbursement on behalf of your employer.
To resolve this with your bank:
Inform your bank that Cercli is your employer's appointed payment agent
Present the Cercli contractor agreement as supporting documentation. You can check under the Documents tab on Cercli or request a copy from your People team if you don't have it
Download your invoice directly from the Cercli app under the Payslips tab in the left sidebar
Share the invoice with your bank — it will show both Cercli and your employer's details
