View Team Profiles & Org Chart
Last updated: September 1, 2026
Role: Manager
Module: People
What you'll do: Browse your team list, open team members' profiles, and explore the org chart.
When you'd do this
When you want to see who's on your team, look up a team member's details, or understand reporting lines across the organization using the visual org chart.
Before you start
Nothing to prepare — just sign in and open the People area.
Steps
Go to People.
Open the Team list to see your direct reports, or the Directory to search across people you have access to.
In the Directory, search by name, or narrow the list with the filters (work location, entity, hire type, department, division, manager).
Choose how the Directory looks using the view buttons at the top right: List view shows people in a table with columns, and Gallery view shows them as photo cards in a grid. Pick whichever is easier for what you're doing.
Click any row or card to open that person's profile and view their details.
To see reporting structure, open the Org Chart. Use its search and filters (department, division, job title, work location) to find people, and click a node to jump to that person's profile.
What happens next
The list and profiles show the people you have access to.
The org chart shows each person's manager above them and their direct reports below.
You can export the org chart view if that option is available to you.
Tips & gotchas
The Team list focuses on your direct reports; the Directory is the broader, searchable view.
The Directory remembers your choice of List or Gallery view in the page link, so a bookmarked or shared link opens in the same view.
Gallery view is a photo-card grid — useful for putting faces to names; List view is better when you want to scan positions, departments, and status side by side.
Org chart search waits a moment after you stop typing before showing results — that's normal.
People without a manager assigned appear at the top level of the chart.
What you can see depends on your access; you may not see every person or every detail.
Troubleshooting
You can't open the Directory or Org Chart — ask your admin to confirm you have people-viewing access.
You don't see the view buttons — the List / Gallery toggle sits on the Directory; open the Directory rather than the Team list.
Someone's missing from your team list — check their reporting line is set to you; if not, ask your admin to update it.
The org chart is slow with a large organization — try filtering by department or division to narrow it down.
Troubleshooting access in plain terms
If a page or profile is blocked, it usually means your role doesn't include that access yet — ask your admin.
